Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Optimum is not liable for:

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Delivery issues caused by unsecured locations
Carrier errors outside our control

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery investigations when necessary.

Shipping Protection & Refund Reviews

If a shipment issue is reported, claims may enter a verification and review process lasting up to 90 days while carrier records, tracking history, delivery confirmation, and supporting documentation are evaluated.

Refunds or replacements are not automatically guaranteed and remain subject to review and approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
